“Molara” gets its name from the stone historically employed for crushing olives. This term was then adopted to designate the district situated close to our winery’s initial establishment, now located in Contrada Filetto.

By merging the realms of oil and wine, Molara embodies two emblematic elements of Southern Italy’s rich heritage.
