Golden Yellow colour. It offers a wide and evolving nose with notes of broom and orange flowers, yellow fruit such as peach, melon and banana, pot-herb and iodized flavour. Very persistent and tasty, with a perfect balance between freshness given by the acidity and softness due to alcohol and aging in barrels. To pair with fish soup, chicken with curry and smoked cheeses. Serving Temperature 12°C ,in tulip-shaped goblets.
