Determined and intense, with vegetal notes and mineral hints.  Has good acidity, great smoothness and flavor. Accompanying vegetable soups and vegetables, shellfish raw seafood, white meats and more elaborate dishes based on fish. Serving temperature 10°C , tulip-shaped goblets.
